Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
We are in the middle of an eviction, i was the only one named in the lease, my wife was not named in any of the eviction proceedings, what is my recourse for this, i only need two week longer than they intend to give me, I was also unable to appeal the decision in court due to the weather, the court was closed most of the time, what can I do>
