Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
I have won a judgement against my tennant but I am not sure how to collect it from her. It has been over 15 days since the trial but she has made no attempt to pay. I don't know her SS# so I was wondering what would be my best approach?

If a written demand won't work, typically a bank account garnishment or wage garnishment and/or interrogatories will do. Most of the forms are on the Virginia Courts web site. Good luck.
