Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

locked in a bathroom by and with 2 males whos company is not believing me

I am a female construction worker who had two male employees of another contractor lock me in a bathroom with them. I asked them repeated times to open the door, wich they would not and they were blocking the door with theri bodies.One of the males did touch me in the mid section area. After a few minutes of trying to stay calm and another apeal to no avail to open the door,I finally yelld at them and told them I was goin to a supervisor, they parted and let me out. After a face to face confrotation with the superitendandt and the two men, the men were sent to another job. When thei supervisor showed up I was asked to "tell my story again" to him. Since I haved benn asked by the owner of that company and another supervisor to "tell my story" as well as write it, and sign it and send it to the company.Q: is this right? and what should i do?

Do as your boss asks. You OUGHT to cooperate

with their attempts to track down "evil-dooers" (harassers) and to correct the problem or at least nip it in the bud. I think they're doing the right things.

It might be good to have an attorney review your statement before you send it.

I'm sorry this came so late. I thought someone else would answer sooner. I'm not really expert in this area and I don't think you should rely upon my say-so alone.
