Mild same-sex sexual harassment

My friend has a gay boss who will slap him on the ass from

time to time and make homosexual jokes about him. My friend

has not make any complaint or told his boss to stop. If he

gets fired, can he sue the store for his being sexual

harassed? And can he sue the store for sexual harassment if
