Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

I need to find out what might be a fare pain and suffering settlement, I was a passenger in a car that was struck from behind. I was taken to the hospital in a ambulance strapped to a back board I had hip strain, back strain and whiplash. While I was on the back board my jaw locked and my tooth cracked and ten day later had to be removed. I was under my doctors care for six weeks I tried phycial therphy but because of my prexcisting medical conditions after my frist appt. my others were canceled by them. I was offered $2,500.00 by the insurance Co. I turned it down now I'm not sure what to do.

You ought to consult a local personal injury attorney. The $2,500 award does not even sound as if it would cover your ambulance ride and ER visit, much less compensate you for the pain and suffering you incurred. Most personal injury attorneys will give you a free consultation.
