Legal Question in DUI Law in West Virginia

DUI Conviction

I was wondering if there is a way to get a dui conviction changed or expunged. I recently went to a trucking school which was suppost to check your record to see if your applicable which i really wasnt. Now that ive graduated and got my cdl no one will hire me cause its not more then 3 to 5 years old. Was wondering if there was something I could do about it. Inncident accured August of 2002 Convicted January 31, 2006
