Eviction from housing in West Virginia

Can a landlord evict someone for no reason at all? Once the landlord files the eviction papers, how long does the tenant have to find another place to move?

No, there is a process. Eviction requires that certain conditions be met, because the parties made a deal: one side can't just back out of it.

If you are indigent, call legal aid: their attorneys can help with this, to make sure the landlord is doing what he is supposed to do before eviction.
