Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Wisconsin

have no gas in my place

there is construction being done around my building and my landlord has shut off my gas for about a week and a half now so i have no heat, hot water, or use of my stove so i can not cook what can i do?

Demand a rent abatement. Check the lease for emergency provisions. Hire an attorney.
