Small claims court
My tenant is suing me in small claims court for some remodeling costs she incurred while my tenant (I have since sold the property). I need to subpeona her grandfather for the court case. How do it do that?

Call or write the court for the subpoena. You will have to pay for it, fill it out properly and have it SERVED not mailed to the witness. You will need to add a Subpoena Duces Tecum if you need documents to be brought to court (pictures,receipts etc)
