Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Wyoming

Beneficiary of a trust

As the beneficiary of a trust I have ''the use of'' a two house rental property, both on one lot, for life. I am required to ''pay taxes, insurance, and maintenance'' on the property. The words in quotes were not defined in the trust. The trust (an Illinois trust)lawyer claims I have no right to rental income. The property is in Wyoming, and my trust lawyer here says that income, as well as other uses, are mine. A third opinion would help. Thank-you.

Re: Beneficiary of a trust

Since your question involves legal construction of the provisions of the Will in question, I suggest that you get your lawyer to put their advice to you in writing and then seek a second opinion from a qualified estate and trust lawyer in your area.
