Hi , I am Hamsapriya. My dad gave 3300sq.ft of land to my mom as settlement on 2008. Now see ask divorce from my dad, have 2 daughters me and my sister. HAve any chance to recover or partition in land. I am major while settlement given. My mom have illegal contact too. Plz suggest me...
