leaving the state

my ex-just resently took custody of my 14 year old son. my son wanted to go with him because he is very wealthy and he thinks the grass is greener. my x lives in georgia. i just found out he moved and will not call me back with an address or number. what can i do legally the problem is i dont have a lot of money to hire an attorney
