Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

survalence

My neighbor, across the street, I convenced I am responcible for anyone who parks in front of her house. She worte me a letter and placed it on my fence acussing me and calling it a ''Hate Crime''. (We are both white.) I avoid this woman and have not spoken to her in over a year but she now has found a new way to annoy. She put a camera on her front porch, but it's not pointed at her property it's pointed at mine. Is this legal?

Re: survalence

Yes, it's legal. Ignore the neighbor.

Re: survalence

I'm sure the camera is pointed at, and focused on, her curb parking area, not your house. Jerk that she may be, she can have a camera there if she wants. The front of your house is part of the public's view. However, the parking in front of her house is not hers, but available to anyone. Simply ignore her and avoid the problem of dealing with her.
