Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Last night, an ex went online and posted my name and cell phone number online without my consent. Soon I got all these random phone calls and text messages saying things like "hey (my name)..." along with something sexual. I'm not sure where my ex posted my number but is this considered harassment or in any way illegal? I in no way gave permission or consent to have my number passed out especially for sexual purposes and am really fed up with these offensive texts/calls. Can he get in any type of trouble for this?

1. -- no matter what you like or do, once posted on the web, things are there and will spread forever. They can't be all 'undone'.

2 -- you'll have trouble proving 'he' did anything, but you could try in a lawsuit. It will cost time and money to do so. If you're serious, then feel free to contact me to discuss proof and costs.
