dui charge, probable cause questioned

if told you were speeding when stopped for apparently speeding & immediately question back this incriminating statement realizing, for whatever reason & get cited for,'' having no headlights on'' which were on then shut off when the vehicle stopped. what then would the probable cause be & with a witness.

In most areas of Colorado, the cops do not have videos in car. In other words, often it is their word against yours. If you have a witness in your car that can help, then that works.
