I live in Connecticut, my wife is cheating on me, I overheard her talking with her lover on the phone last night so I recorded what she was saying, have no idea what he was saying. Is this admissable in court...

Although adultery can technically be pled in a divorce and considered as a factor in dividing marital property, most CT judges really don't care much about it or accord in any real weight.
