Legal Question in Immigration Law in Delaware

I am green card holder and my fiance is on student visa, is their any way i can Apply for him right now and get him work permit or green card??

You can marry and file the initial petition only.

However, a fiance on a Student visa wouldn't be able to apply immediately for a work permit and a green card. Because wait period of a spouse of a permanent resident is 4-5 years, they will be required to either leave the country or maintain valid non-immigrant status throughout the years. When you become a US citizen, the process should go faster.
