CanSomeone Be Terminated while on Disability.

While I have been off on disability. I receive a letter from my employer, that I have been terminated, because after six ( 6 ) months continous being off work, they are terminating by employment.

Just because you were out on disability that does not insulate you from being terminated. However, they can not terminate you because of your disability. What exactly did they give as the reason for your termination?

You should schedule a formal consultation with a lawyer. A good means of obtaining an attorney referral is by contacting your State's bar association or your local county bar association. They probably have a web site and charge a nominal fee for the referral. Most attorneys either provide a free initial consultation, or charge a nominal fee. I would be happy to meet with you.
