Service animal and restaurant refusals

gentlemen,

diability, l4 l5 s1 failed fusion, severe degenerative disk disease, peripheral neuropathies,

ALL disks have this year identified as dessicated

use a wheelchair or scooter and serv animal for mobility..

service animal lab retriever, 2 yrs, privately trained for mobility use. animal is properly caped with clear patches of id. recognized by the VA hospital in W. P. B. dog has even been in a surgical suite during my procedure

QUESTION: can i be refused entrance or service in restaurants? note: we were service after the manager told the staff to ''take care of him''

They can not refuse you service and/or entry. Unless you have omitted some pertinent facts, the Florida and Federal Statutes clearly make their action(s) illegal.
