Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

In Florida I had my purse stolen with ID and birth certificate. I have a case number the dmv wont accept. I am pregnant and cannot see a Dr without ID. What are my options?

Call the Florida Office of Vital Statistics at 904-359-6900 for information on how to apply for a replacement Birth Certificate. Go to your local Division of Motor Vehicles to apply for a replacement Florida I.D. card.

Mr Burns advice is perfect. Not sure what DMV would not accept. were you trying to do it all online or by phone? I think you need an appointment and you need to go in person for the driver's license replacement.
