Can I be fired while i am on workmans comp.
I was fired today. What i wont to know is that right while i am on workmans comp?This did not start until i got hurt at work.

It is unlawful for an employer to fire or take any retaliation against any employee for invoking rights under Florida workers compensation. What needs to be determined is whether or not you were fired because you invoked your rights.
