workers comp claim
can I sue the treating hospital for harrassment after their failure to file claims paperwork properly? this is a florida case and has been ongoing for 18 months. Their collections agency constantly calls

It depends on what they do when they call. A collection agency is limited by the federal fair debt collection practices act. You can see the terms by looking it up on the internet.
The responsibility for filing a claim with your insurance company is yours, so you cannot sue them for that.
