Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Iowa

Unable to get my money from son
I placed money in a cd account in my son's name while my daughter applied for college grants (I am on Social Security) and now he won't sign it back over to me. I never thought in a million years he would do such a thing!!

You could sue to recover the money, but you might want to find a better reason for having put it in the CD than hiding it to fool universities.
