transferingcases from state to state

I have a cdl in ohio and got pulled over in ky.If i get a dui i will loose my cdl's can i have the trial transfered to an ohio court? I reside in ohio , tech. It is an ohio lic.

this has to be dealt with in kentucky. It will be reported to Ohio and to the national registry regarding your CDL. The DUI WILL affect your CDL but whether Ohio will pick up the conviction is unknown. They usually do which will result in the suspension of your Ohio driver's liscense. You need to speak with a local attorney to see what the practice of the local court is.
