car wreck

my friend wrecked my car and agreed to pay for the damages but when the bill came around she refuses to pay and it's $1000 in damages- do i have any rights??

You can bring suit against the person who wrecked your car

(some friend!) in small claims court. The procedure is informal

and the clerks in the District Court Clerk's office should help

you fill out the paperwork.
