trying to save my license

officer wrote down I refused pbt I did not and stated this to him he said to late I already wrote it down I was never offered another test and was also denied any and all phone calls I requested to make. I am forced to fight this on my own without an attorney as I have been unemployed for nearly 6 months I need my license to have any hope of getting a job or completing addictions counseling/ probation I on my own at the mva how can I fight this I know only a fool has himself for an attorney but I have no choice I had a dwi/dui in 98 can I avoid the cost and expense of the interlock as I did back then. praying for a miricle help

The only way you're going to keep your license is to request an MVA hearing. Follow the instructions on your paperwork, and send them their $125 filing fee within the required 10 day period.

Then, make sure you get a good lawyer to go to MVA with you. This will be much cheaper than hiring a lawyer to go to court for the DUI trial. You may need to get the public pretender for court, but they don't do MVA hearings.
