Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Michigan

if during mediation on my civial lawsuit the mediator told me to take the offer that was 25,000 and 500.00 month, ( due to working over the road truck driver i missed a court date) then got into an accident resulting in injury and now just got my disability, and am in forclosure of losing my home , i can not make the payments anymore due to this hardship, Can it go back to court or be thrown out?
