Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Michigan

Work Place Sexual Harrassment

I have no actual proof of sexual harrassment but one of the owners of the company I work at is always talking to me in a way that is very inappropriate and is now welcoming me to join him and another woman and man on a ''crazy'' boating outing...I dont know if this is considered sexual harrassment or not but if I tell him to stop talking to me this way and he doesn't..or he gets mean with me at work and starts treating me differently because I have told him to stop....do I have any kind of a case here?
