Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

i had a broke up with my man of 4 years and his friend had a lot to do with it now he filled a complainant and says that i attempt by physical menace to put in fear of immenent serious bodily injury specifically by stating to him that she was going to get someone to jump him and that she was going to break things in his house

Are you charged with terroristic threats? Before I could fully answer your question I would need to actually see the Complaint. I would like to know if it is in Municipal Court or up in County Court. Its sounds like from what you are saying that your ex boyfriend filed the Complaint and not the police.
