If first offense, how long will criminal mischief be on one's record? What kind of fine is associated with it?

Re: Criminal Mischief

It depends on the grading of the offense. If you

are charged with a disorderly person offense the charge can be expunged five years after the fine is paid; probation is completed or the jail sentence is served. If it is a more serious charge expungement is availablel after ten years.
