Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My ex-wife has full custody of our daughters and she forbids me to see them with my new Fianc because last year when my daughters came to visit me in CA, we had to pretend to my daughters that we were only friends so that my ex-wife would not give me a hard time about having another woman in their lives. She intends on using that in court as reason why my current Fianc should not be allowed to be around our kids. Does she have a case?

Do you have a visitation order? If not then you should file a petition for visitation in the New York family court. This will stop your ex-wife from withholding visitation from you.
