Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My husband and I are not divorced because he refuses to sign. he does not want to pay for our house twice. He is now moving his girl friend in our house. Do I still have rights to my house and propery?

YES you are entitled to the house, in fact, you are entitled to an equitable distribution of all "marital assets."

You do not need to have his signature to proceed with the divorce. Hire an attorney if you want to divorce him.
