Legal Question in Family Law in New York
My wife and I were married in January and now want a divorce for irretrievable breakdown. She is a US (NY) citizen, I'm a UK citizen, we were married in NY. What is the cheapest, quickest and easiest way for us to divorce? We have no assets we need to divide and have both agreed to divorce. I know the NY state website has forms for uncontested divorce however we need different ones as it is an international divorce. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

An uncontested divorce in New York is quite easy and not expensive. However, one of you must be a New York resident.
