Parrental Rights

Can I after signing away my parrental rights to my kids, Get them back. I was not in the right frame of mind when I did it. How is this done? In Albany, Ny area. Looking for someone to do this PROBONO would you do this for me PLEASE. I am a father that wants to be a part of his kids lives. But i have limited FUNDS. Please help me....

You can make a petition for custody.it is really easy and the clerk at family court will help you out.you will then have to serve the papers. At your first hearing tell the judge If you do not have any money you need an attorney. the judge will then adjourn the case and assign you a "15-8" attorney who is free.
