In Ohio, whether or not someone is in contempt depends upon the wording of the court's orders. A violation of the court's order is contempt and if her actions violate the court's order (and it sounds like it would since most court orders usually say something about each parent not speaking badly about the other to the children) then you should bring a contempt action against her. However, you will have the burden of proof to show that she has violated the court order.
