Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

College Tutition

WE're getting a dissolution and my husbands dealing with the attorney, his attorney keeps telling him that we cannot agree to list paying 50% of the girls college tutition, that it wouldn't hold up in court, is this true or is the attorney trying to wiggle his way out of something?

In Summit Couty that provision would probably hold up, but I would want it delineated what is included ie., books, room, board
