Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Sole custody

My ex wife is trying to take me back to court for more child support and also to try to get sole custody of my two children. The children live with her now in Medina OH. My job as a Union Boilermaker some times needs me to travel to different areas of the country where the work is.Does sole custody mean that I lose any or all control of the decision to be made and visition of my children?? Please explain!

Re: Sole custody

You might lose some decision-making ability, but still should be able to visit. Call me to discuss why she's moving for sole custody. I can't see why she would do it under the facts you provided. Please call me Stephens Daray at 440.835.8200 and maybe I can shed some more light as to why she is doing what she is doing.
