Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Back problems that worsened

My husband has back problems that have increased from his last job. In 2002 an mri showed a degenerative disk. After 2yrs at his last job(he's now disabled) and a new mri in 2006 It is now herniated and bulging and requires major surgery. Is there a case against the previous employer?

Re: Back problems that worsened

It is possible that the back problem is work related and may relate back to the problems that your husband was experiencing with his former job. In order to give you more information, I will need more information! ?When the back problem first showed up, was the claim allowed? Who paid for the initial MRI in 2002? Did the Bureau pay for it? Information regarding in specific events or "injuries" while at work will also be important. If you would like to discuss this further, Please feel free to contact me.

Good Luck

I am wondering if your husband has ever filed a worker's comp case...There seems to be some coverage there. Contact me directly if you like.
