Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

truck contract

In Mid Feb. I purchased a truck...went thru all paper work required, signed a deal and drove the truck home. I have since found out that the bank in which the truck was financed declined me. The truck is still in my possesion and my first payment is due on March 18 but I have nowhere to make a payment. Is the truck actually mine or can the dealership take it back even though I have the signed paperwork? I put $$ down and had a trade in also.

Re: truck contract

I don't get it. How did you walk out of the dealership without a loan check, or approval from the bank? Who has the title?
