Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pennsylvania

new vehicle return after signing

Do I have the ability to return a vehicle to the dealer after I signed the papers for purchace? Such reasons for return might not be able to afford the payment? Is there a time limit?

Re: new vehicle return after signing

Unless the contract gives you the right to return or the dealer materially mislead you in your purchase your only option may be to surrender the vehicle to the finance company or sell the vehicle yourself. I offer free consultations.
