Garnishments

Once a judgement is obtained in the state of Pennslyvannia, is it legal to execute the judgement with an attachment of wages from a debtor's employer?

Unfortunately in Pennsylvania wages may not be garnished in order to satisfy a judgment. However, you may take other action such as a property levy, attachment of bank accounts and other assets.
