Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am currently going through bankruptcy and foreclosure. When I lose the house I want to be separated from my wife who is an alocoholic and RX drug abuser. She has a boyfriend on the side but will not leave to live with him. She has no job. When I do this, will it mean leagally that I abondon her? I do not have any money for a divorce right now, but I can not live with her anymore. I am in AA for over 15 years and have tried to help her. She has been in rehab and has been arrested for public drunkeness.
