What is the Pennsylvania law which gives an employee the right to inspect their personnel file? If employer refuses to show you your file what recourse do you have?

43 Pa.C.S Sec. 1322 Grants employees the right to inspect their personnel file once every calendaer year. The bureau of Labor Standards is authorized to enforce provisions of the act.
