Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

hidden water problem

I bought this house 6mths ago, and the seller tried hiding a water problem on the first level by putting plastic under the carpet and when it rains water comes in. Do I have a legel case to go after him?

Re: hidden water problem

You might, it would depend on how the disclosure statement was filled out, but it seems like they took deliberate action to mislead you. Consult an attorney in your area.
