Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Does Hindu Succession Act apply self-purchased property? If it doesn't, what happens when an owner of a immovable property dies intestate? Does it pass to all of the owners' sons and daughters including dead son's wife and his children?

Why would it? If the property is in Pennsylvania it goes by the Pennsylvania intestate laws.
