Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Inforcement of rules listed in the deed.

I have numerous probblems with a neighbor that lives in our development and I have had to call the State police these problems include but not restricted to open threats made to my self wife and 9 year old son. We have called the State police and the builder and they all say no one can enforce the rules in this deed. The people are causing this trouble with not only us but two of our other neighbors as well. Also these people are not the acctual home owners. Her mother that lives in California is the actual owner on their deed. What can be done it is to the point that our children are affraid to go out side.

Re: Inforcement of rules listed in the deed.

You do not specify what rules are set forth in the deed. Assuming conduct is specified, the deed must be reviewed. If the real estate is a condo, I would have to review all the condo documentation. Assuming that requirements are set forth, you can institute a legal action to enforce your rights. I suggest you seek legal counsel to discuss this matter. If I can be of any assistence please let me know. I charge a minimum fee of $85 to have a conference and review the documentation Gerald Hershenson Esq. 215-579-9390
