neighbor's tree fell in my yard

My neighbor has a very large black walnut tree. A very large branch (approximately 2 feet in diameter and twenty feet long stretched across our driveway. In a storm last week the branch fell and is blocking my driveway. Who is reponsible for the removal of this ''branch.

Your neighbors homeowners insurance should cover the cost of removal. If he refuses to notify his insurance company contact yours and they can subrograte against his insurance company. I offer free consultations.
