Re: last will and testiment

You have three options:

A.) Have an attorney draft one...normally around $100.00

B.) Write one out yourself, but not recommended because you won't necessarily know what you are doing.

C.) By a software program around $50-$100.00, but once again this won't be specific for your own needs.

You are better off retaining an attorney to do the job for you...remember you get what you pay for in this world, and when you retain legal counsel you get competent advice.

My office also offers flat rate pricing and free consultations, for additional information please visit my firm's website at www.AlleghenyAttorneys.com or by calling my office at 412.731.0865.

Many attorneys will prepare simple wills for very reasonable prices. Your other option would be commercially available software. While the software maybe cheaper it cannot take into account peculiarities that might be involved with your matter. Additionally, by having an attorney prepare it you would have a witness to your intent if there was a dispute after your passing. I offer free consultations.
