Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I was injured at work and missed 2 1/2 days should I be getting paid for those 2 1/2 days being it was work related. As of now I am not getting paid I was just wondering I am being told by others that by law I should be getting paid\n\nThank you,\nMrs. Stacy White\n610-775-2799

In PA, if you have a worker's comp claim, you do not get paid for the 1st week of lost wages, unless you are disabled for more than 2 weeks. If you only miss 2 1/2 days you have to use sick time, if available.
