Is it possible send a back child support case to small claims court

Can a custodial parent send the ex-husband to small claims court on past-due child support? Even if it has been over one year of non payment.

The correct court to get your delinquent child support is the same court that granted your divorce. That court maintains authority over all issues concerning the child(ren). You should get an attorney. Many attorney accept these cases on contingent fees.
